Bulk update of user attributes through the UI

Problem Definition

There are cases where users can share the same attribute (manager, team, org, etc...). Yet, there's no way to bulk update an attribute for many users at once.

Suggested Solution

Implement a way to bulk-update a user attribute for multiple users at once or all users in a group.

Workaround

Automate the update via the REST API.
