Issue Summary

Regarding the marketplace, Atlassian Troubleshooting and Support - Crowd Plugin is provided only for Crowd Server even if Crowd Data Center uses the same plugin. 

Steps to Reproduce

1. Check marketplace for plugin 
2. Alternatively, check  > Manage Apps 

Expected Results

Atlassian Troubleshooting and Support - Crowd Plugin should be provided for Data Center

Actual Results

Atlassian Troubleshooting and Support - Crowd Plugin is provided only for Crowd Server. While using the same plugin in Crowd Data Center, there is a warning message about incompatibility:

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available.
