Garbage collection logging is often required to troubleshoot JVM performance issues in Crowd.

We can manually add system properties to enable garbage collection(How to Enable Garbage Collection (GC) Logging in Crowd) but ideally we should log garbage collection activity by default in Crowd. This is commonplace in the rest of the Atlassian on-prem apps.

Also, garbage collection logs are not currently bundled in support zips.
