Issue Summary

The screen reader is announced content such as "Column 1 of 7", "Column2 of 7", and so on incorrectly for the user in the main content area.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open the homepage.
2. Navigate to the "Application" link and activate it.
3. Navigate to the link present under the "Name" column and activate one of them.
4. Navigate to the "Directories and groups" links and activate it
5. Turn on the screen reader and navigate to the table.

Actual Results

The screen reader is announced content such as "Column 1 of 7", "Column2 of 7", and so on incorrectly for the user in the main content area whereas we have only four columns present in the table. Blank columns are announced for the screen reader at the end of the columns. As a result, screen reader users will find it difficult to understand the structure of the table

Expected Results

Ensure that the content announced by the screen reader for the user is accurate and descriptive. Remove blank and hidden columns from the table structure.
