Crowd Reset Password URL use Target Application Base URL

When a user receives an email to reset their password or selects reset password when logging in the URL they are given is:

http://crowdservername:port/crowd/console/user/viewchangepassword.action

Expected Result

To avoid user confusion (as they never access Crowd directly) they should be served the target application's URL (IE https://www.confluence.com/user/viewchangepassword.action).
