Crowd alerts for connection failures with Directories

Problem

Customer doesn't have an active alert for connection failures with Directories

Suggested Solution

Create alerts in Crowd to let Customer know when connection fails with Directories. Options to enable and disable it, and some threshold setup will help to tune it according to each customer needs.

Why This Is Important

Customer wants a way to be alerted when Crowd is not able to communicate to Directories.
Synchronization failures and not users not been able to login can cause impacted on customer operations.
