As a System Administrator, I want to be able to enable Security / Challenge Questions for the 'Forgot your password?' function as an increased security measure.

Currently a password reset can be triggered for any user from the 'Forgot your password?' menu.

Implement Security / Challenge Questions during the password reset process.

Examples of possible questions:

• Parent's names
• Birthday
• Pet name
• Favorite sports team
• Dream job
• Important date
• Custom questions
