      According to Creating an Email Notification Template, the customization for Crowd's email template is limited to the plain text as well as a set of macros such as $deploymenttitle, $date or $firstname

      Suggestions

      It would be beneficial in the customization aspect to have the ability/option to add images such as a company logo to the email template.
