Problem Definition

There is a limitation for Crowd's Directory Importer where the Password Encryption method must be the same in both directories.
This means that importing user from External Directories (Connector/Delegated) into Crowd's Internal Directory will not be possible and need to rely on the CSV Importer that requires further database access.

Suggested Solution

As Crowd has a CSV Import feature, it would be good to also have CSV Export feature for the User, Group and Membership (or even Directory information that is requested in CWD-1295) so the customer can process the exported CSV into other useful information (eg: Reporting) as well as use it for the CSV User Import where the password is actually not a required field.
