Add support for Azure SQL database

      Currently Crowd (4.0) is supported with local SQL Server database versions:

       Microsoft SQL Server

       SQL Server 2017

       SQL Server 2016

       SQL Server 2014

       SQL Server 2012

       

      It would be nice to have Crowd compatibility with Azure SQL database (Paas)

            From what I gather, you can use Azure SQL but the Sync process fails. I believe it is due to the timeout that Azure SQL has as a default (15 seconds) if there was a way to manage/override the application timeout, this should be an easy fix.
