Group-level administration exists in Crowd Data Center 3.3+.  Can this please, please, please be added to Crowd Server?  As adoption of our Atlassian Products increases so does our Atlassian Admins burden.  To delegate certain users to manage their own groups would decrease that burden and enable projecct managers to have more timely control over their projects.
