Include User Groups in SAML 2.0

Right now, when using the SSO 2.0, we don't have any standard SAML2.0 way for retrieving the User groups.

This is a problem for the external Atlassian applications that implement standard SAML2.0 and bases its permissions on a Role Based Access Control: We can't manage the user groups directly from Crowd for all our applications.

We would like to have the User groups available on the SSO 2.0 in order to allow managing the user application groups in a centralized way for all our Applications from Crowd.
