Include First name, Last name, and Email information in Crowd SAML SSO response

Summary

Currently, Crowd SAML SSO will only return information of username in the respond and does not include other information such as first name, last name, and Email. This is by design as all Atlassian product only require username information to integrate. For integration with other third party add or plugin which require first name, last name, or email information will not be possible.

Suggestion

Include additional information in the SAML SSO response.
