Problem Definition

With Crowd's current logging filters, lots of unecessary entries are logged, flooding the logs.
If Crowd's admin wishes to clean those unecessary messages, they will spend a great deal of time by searching for the logged classes and changing the log4j.properties file.

Suggested Solution

To implement default filters, specially for common classes across Atlassian products, similar to what is already implement in JIRA's default log4j.properties file.
