Issue Summary
Centralized license visibility plugin (https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1220745/centralized-license-visibility) counts inactive users in Jira as users who consume license, hence, the total count of license consuming users in Crowd 3.5 for Jira is more than actual count.
Environment
- Crowd 3.5 DC
- Jira
Steps to Reproduce
- Install Crowd 3.5 DC and the above mentioned plugin in Jira which has at least one inactive user with at least one application role
- Create Application Link to Jira from Crowd, and associate the Application Link with Jira application in Crowd
- Wait for sometime, in order to allow Crowd sync license usage data from Jira application
- Check the total number of licensed users in using 'Licenses' tab in Crowd
- Check the total number of licensed users in your Jira
Expected Results
Count of licensed users in Crowd's 'Licenses' tab and Jira licensing information should be same.
Actual Results
Crowd will show more user count than Jira, since it will count the inactive users as well.
Workaround
Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
