License monitoring does not work for users who log in through SSO 2.0 in Confluence

      Due to https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/CONFSERVER-55855 Confluence does not update lastAccessTime for users when logging in through SAML / SSO, therefore all users listed in Crowd's License Monitoring table will have invalid last login dates.

       

      Workaround

      Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
