      Context

When Crowd connects to an Active Directory server, it can synchronize the active or inactive status of an account from AD. This is based off of the UserAccountControl parameter in AD.

      Suggestion

This parameter is currently hard-coded in Crowd, and cannot be customized. Some AD setups may use a custom field, and doing so will currently break the ability of Crowd to pull this status down during a sync. Crowd Admins will instead need to manually mark users in Crowd as active or inactive.
