First synchronization after bulk users rename takes longer time

Steps to Reproduce

1. Bulk rename users (10k users) in Crowd or remote ldap directory
2. Synchronize Jira/Confluence/BBS application with Crowd

Expected Results

Synchronization should not take several hours

Business impact

Renaming 10k users requires 10 hours additional outage in Crowd and connected apps just for synchronization

Actual Results

Synchronization takes several (2-3) hours

Workaround

No at the moment
