In the User management screen of Crowd, searching defaults to "All" users. But the fact is that for 95% of searches or more, the searcher is not really interested in inactive users and doesn't want them in the results. We deal with active users the vast majority of the time.
It's not hard to click the "Active" setting to what you want, but to have to do it in 19 of every 20 searches is a nuisance. For best UI design, you default to what the majority of searchers want to see the majority of the time.
Please consider this modification for future releases. Or perhaps allowing us to configure what the default should be.
Thanks
