Crowd "Applications" reference is outdated

The page describing how to add and configure an Application is Crowd is really outdated, but the version picker shows always the latest version (currently 3.2).

Since Crowd 3.0, there are many extra fields and features that are not covered in the documentation. Also, the screenshots seem to be from versions that are not even supported anymore.

If updating the whole doc is not possible at the moment, I believe we should at least remove the latest versions as it may cause a lot of confusion when using the doc as reference.
