Improve users visibility limitation mechanism

      Hello,

      Currently, regardless of selected login groups, all directory users are visible to the application whenever app is configured to use this directory. In certain cases, especially like integrating Crowd with Hipchat Server, it would be extremly helpful do not expose all users but only those in login groups instead, which will allow to test integration on a limited set of users even in the test environment.
