Support StartTLS for SMTP Connection

      It would be great if we support StartTLS over SMTP connections since SMTPS is a deprecated method.

            Is there any plan to implement this? I'd posit that most organization's central forwarding mailservers are set up with unencrypted port 25 communication that then expects initiation of encryption with STARTTLS; ours certainly is, and we can't encrypt without this.
