Show user attributes in human readable timestamp

      On the user attributes page dates like lastActive, lastAuthenticated or passwordLastChanged are displayed as Epoch-Time (long with milliseconds since 1970).

       

      Of course a tool like https://www.epochconverter.com/ can be used to gain a human readable date, but the process is cumbersome and timeconsuming.

      Dates on user attributes page are shown in technical representation

      Expected behavior:

      Dates on user attributes page are displayed in human readable timestamp with Crowd server timezone
