Max password attempts acording to documentation will disable user, but user will still be active with flag to change password.

      Summary

      According to the documentation and parameter "max passwords attempt" when user exhaust all passwords attempts he will be disabled but testing it we can see that user will still be active but flagged with attribute requiresPasswordChange will be set to "true".
