    Description

      Problem Definition

When a user has an application set which includes one in which a user is not allowed access, any attempt to access this application causes the session to be end, and subsequently the user is logged out of all other applications.

      For example:

      • User has access to JIRA1
      • User has access to Confluence
      • User does not have access to JIRA2
      1. User attempts to access JIRA1 - success
      2. User is logged into Confluence - success
      3. User attempts to login to JIRA2 - fails
      4. User is logged out of all applications

      Suggested Solution

Do not end session for applications with successful authentication when user does not pass authentication checks for one application.

      Workaround

      There is no workaround known.
