When resolving the dependency for the springsecurity integration jar when using Gradle instead of maven, against the https://m2proxy.atlassian.com/repository/public respository, there is a bug in one of the POM.xml files for the org.apache.ws.commons package, which has a mismatched transitive dependency of 1.1, where in reality it is SNAPSHOT.

1) Make sure the artifacts necessary for development are available for both gradle and maven (Gradle has stricter dependency resolution than maven, which causes breakage with an invalid Pom.xml for the org.apache.ws group)
2) Make sure that all of the products are compatible with and use the latest Spring Security suite.
