According to this older request, Crowd would not support SAML authentication once it would be limited to the Google Apps usage. However, one of the recommendations would be a third-party add-on that is now archived.

With that in mind, this is a feature request to have the SAML 2.0 version supported or alternatives to have it properly working with the same.
