      Crowd 2.8.x is much slower than Crowd 2.6.x-2.7.x to perform group membership changes. Upgrading an older version of Crowd to use spring-ldap-core:2.0.2 causes a similar performance regression, and downgrading a newer version of Crowd to use spring-ldap-core:1.3.1 causes a speedup.
