Summary

Currently, any Admin user in Crowd will be able to create a new user. However, this user creation is not logged.

Expectation

Provide an option to enable information logging when a user is created in Crowd, such as:

• The admin user who created this user
• Which directory this user belongs to
• Other user attributes
