Bug Description

Crowd 2.8 does not allow addition of group from the lower order directory of an application. This feature is important for Crowd administrator to be able to restrict user authentication to specific group(s).

How to Replicate

1. Access one of your pre-configured application
2. Add a new associated directory into the directory list of the application
3. Under the "Group" tab try to add a new group from the lower order directory

How to workaround

1. Place the directory of the group that you wish to add into the highest order temporarily.
2. Add the group that you wish
3. Revert the order of the directory
