Create user operation fails to talk to new Crowd server

The Asynchronous REST client does not accept non-empty responses when it creates a user. Recent versions of Crowd (since 2.8.0) return the user that has been just created and causes the client to fail when it processes the response, although the operation is actually executed in the server.
