"synch." group attributes are ephemerally stored in a caching directory

      CWD-4084 introduced downstream synchronisation for "synch." group attributes.

      When "synch.*" group attributes are stored into a caching directory, the operation succeeds, the attributes are saved in the cached and not written through to the remote dir. As a result, the attributes are temporarily visible, but they are removed from the cache by the next full sync.
