When deleting a group from Crowd, the group is not removed from the "Default Group Memberships" option, under the directory.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a user directory on Crowd (connector for example)
2. After saving this directory, create a new local group pointing to this directory you've just created
3. Then, go back to the directory created and select the Options tab
4. Add the group you've created
5. Go under your Groups on Crowd and delete the group you've created
6. Go back to the directory created and select the Options tab again
7. The group still there
