Crowd Rest client uses relative URL when revalidating http request even when talking to a proxy

    Description

      The fix for CWD-4011 involved a change to the RestExecutor to work around this upstream bug: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/HTTPCLIENT-1542

      Unfortunately the workaround goes too far and relativises the URL when talking to a proxy.

      Either fix the workaround or upgrade to a version of HttpComponents containing the fix (4.3.6 or later) and remove it.
