Provide "Test" option for Crowd Outgoing Email Configuration

      In applications like Confluence and JIRA, we have the option to test the Outgoing Mail Configuration. However, Crowd doesn't provide this option in order to check for what could be happening in the UI. This is a feature request to have an option to test the email, instead of only looking for the log files using the DEBUG value for the email.
