;jsessionid added to all Crowd links

      It appears that jsessionid attributes are being added to all of the images/links/css/actions/forms in Crowd when running on Tomcat behind Apache.

      When a browser first initiates a connection to Apache/Tomcat/Crowd the jsession attribute is there, however on a refresh the jsession is gone with the app server switching to a cookie mode. The jsessionid attribute is preventing actions from running on a form submission.
