Some searches in Crowd console still use POST instead of GET

CWD-1499 asks for Crowd console searches to be changed to use GET instead of POST. While the "main" searches (accessible via the user and group browser) have been changed to use GET now, the searches on the "Add Users" and "Add Groups" dialog have not been changed. They are still using POST.
