Active Directory provides the account-expires attribute (http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/windows/desktop/ms675098%28v=vs.85%29.aspx). At the moment, there is no way to filter out 'expired' users in Crowd, because they aren't counted as disabled.

The difference between expired and disabled is discussed here: http://social.technet.microsoft.com/Forums/windowsserver/en-US/365f6975-b5b8-4802-854e-b11ef75eb8f9/difference-between-account-types?forum=winservergen
