After upgrading from Crowd 2.3.6 to 2.6.5, User Nested Groups and Synchronize User Details are disabled for Delegating Authentication Directory

      Steps to reproduce:

      1) You need to have a Crowd 2.3.6 installed with a Delegated Authentication directory pointing to a LDAP server.
      2) Set as true the "User Nested Groups" and "Synchronize User Details" options.
      3) Upgrade to Crowd 2.6.5.
      4) The upgrade works, but the options above are set as false.
