Remove the UI for groups being active or inactive

    • Our product teams collect and evaluate feedback from a number of different sources. To learn more about how we use customer feedback in the planning process, check out our new feature policy.

      Currently we allow users to try and set groups as active or inactive, but we don't do anything with this flag (see CWD-2033).

      We should remove this in the UI and possibly in the backend code as well.
