Can't change default profile for a user in crowdid server

    Description

      1. Navigate to the edit profiles page of the crowd id server
      2. Add a new profile
      3. View the profile
      4. Click the "Make Default" link

      Observed: CSRF token missing message

      Expected: currently viewed profile becomes the default profile & the current default profile is no longer marked as default

      Found during https://shipit.atlassian.net/browse/SHPXXIV-32
