As an administrator I want to be able to bulk edit user access (this feature was available in JIRA Studio) in order to free up licenses.

At the moment we only have the option to use "Bulk Add Application Access", there is no way of removing access to systems for multiple users.

This would be extremely helpful and save hours of mindlessly clicking through the UI. Especially considering the way to bulk remove access to a group in the UI was removed.
