Improve the importing of users from Confluence and JIRA so these users do not need to reset their passwords

      We need to import the password hashes from Confluence and JIRA into Crowd and then have a given directory use thee hashing algorithm used by JIRA and Confluence when authentication calls are made.

      This means using an internal directory when importing users if they want to use this feature, since we need to control the authentication against the user repository.
