Screen without data after failing to add a local group to a remote group

      Symptoms

      After a (failed) attempt to add a local group as a child of a remote group, the UI is left in an unusable state.

      Steps to reproduce

      Same as CWD-3090.

      Expected behaviour

      Crowd recovers gracefully from the failure and the UI remains functional.

      Actual behaviour
