UnsupportedCrowdApiException is not actually thrown by RestCrowdClient when the REST API is missing

      Some methods in RestCrowdClient declare UnsupportedCrowdApiException, which is documented to be thrown if the server does not support the appropriate version of the API. However, the exception is not actually thrown in this event, instead, an InvalidCrowdServiceException is thrown.
