Add Users to Crowd/JIRA directly from LDAP

    Description

      I would like to add Users to Crowd/Jira directly from LDAP (as in Contour) without having the users attempting to sign in to any crowd affiliated tool. I don't want users to just sign in without an administrator setting up his/her permissions either because we have security groups.
