Create acceptance tests to exercise the Spring Security integration

Spring Security integration is currently being functionally tested by means of its usage in the Crowd app. However, as the latter is adopting some specific behaviour (CWD-2995), it becomes a less useful test subject. A new suite that exercises the "vanilla" Spring Security Integration is required.
