LDAP Delegated Authentication directories should not require a User Password Attribute

XMLWordPrintable

When setting up an LDAP Delegated Authentication directory in Crowd, the "User Password Attribute" is shown as required. The description reads: "The attribute field to use when manipulating a user password."

A Delegated directory should not need this field at all since Crowd won't be changing the password. We should hide this field during the directory setup.
