IPV6 address resolved with scoped interface identifier needs to be stripped.

      Mac OS with IPV6 enabled.

      Steps to Reproduce.
      1. Go to applications tab and add a new application.
      2. In the next step try resolving a local address with ipv6 enabled. Try proceeding and you should get a invalid remote address error.

      Expected behaviour:
      Resolved IP address should not included the scoped interface identifier.
