'Test Connection' uses a blank password instead of the existing password

When a connection is being updated and the password has been left blank, 'Update' leaves the old password unaffected. However, 'Test Connection' ignores the old password and uses a blank instead. 'Test Connection' should use the same details that would be used after an Update.
